Bought my Vivoactive 4 in January this year and everything was great. However, since May I've had countless issues with it.
Issues experienced so far are:
Very short battery life, even after turning all sensors off. After multiple factory resets, it's not too bad now.
HR monitor hasn't worked for months. Evern after multiple factory resets and updating the firmware.
Over the past week navigating through menus has been very sluggish and freezes on occasions.
The GPS hasn't worked consistently for months either despite working flawlessly early in the year.
When using the strength training function, it doesn't track my reps when lifting weights and also spent all of yesterday walking and registered 500 steps.
All software is up to date too.
Has anyone else experienced these issues?
