Vivoactive 4 issues

A month ago almost to the day, I purchased a Vivoactive 4s. It was excellent with no problems up until three days ago. Since then, my watch face has disappeared every day, and unless I reset it, the app won't load all of my info. Has this happened to anyone else? Can somebody tell me how to fix this? I appreciate you.

  • Previous firmware (7.10) has got a lot of issues, incl. one mentioned by you, see this thread for example.

    Are you sure you are running the latest firmware?

  • You probably received some software update that messed the watch up. Unfortunately, it happens quite often on Garmin watches. Write a ticket to their support since they usually do not pay much attention to issues reported on these forums.

    Try turning watch off by holding up button for 20 seconds, and then turning it on and see if it helps.
