Vivo Active 4s -- Latest Update Problems

I just update my software over the weekend and now the watch is constantly going unpromted to the "About" screen unpromted and the whole watch is a mess. The touch screen isn't working properly and it's just a nightmare. I've worn this everyday for 2 and half years -- is it time to replace it? Anyone else having issues?

1. Try to turn it off by holding the upper button for 20sec. Then turn it on and see if it works ok.

2. Try to format/reset it to factory settings (this will delete data on the watch so sync to Garmin app before that)

I did no 1 and have no issues.
