Frustrated Vivo4 User

My Vivoactive 4 is not 2 years old (purchased 23/10/20) and after removing any non garmin apps & multiple resets, I have just about had enough!

It worked great for about 10- 12 months then just started randomly shutting down every couple of days. Did some research and advised that non Garmin apps can cause an issue, so I deleted anything that wasn't Garmin, maybe 2 items it total. No changes.

I tried charging more regularly even when watch says battery 60%, I tried to see what I was using to cause it to shut down, no pattern just random shut down.

Today I cannot keep on, I start it up & with in 20 seconds shut down even when battery is 48%.

I paid $AU600 to purchase and expect far more from my Vivoactive4 than what I have received

looks like garmin does not have a solution to the problem and is pissing a lot of users off. I've had my garmin since about Sept. 2020 and have been happy. But since version 6.8 to 6.9 upgrade it has been turning off randomly. Started at 30% then 50%. No rhyme or reason to why that I can determine. Need a solution soon or it's going in the trash and I'm going to Buy an APPLE WATCH. Yes, I have reset the watch to the factory settings (losing all my data) but still doing the same random shut down. NEED A SOLUTION!!!!!!!
