Sensor version 0.00, WHR version 0.00.00, BMX 0.0.0(!)., even after update to 7.20 beta

Hi, after the whole mess with auto-update to later-pulled 7.10 software, my watch shows Sensor version 0.00, WHR version 0.00.00, BMX 0.0.0(!).

I hoped updating to 7.20 beta (sugested by Garmin-Sara) would solve the problem but it didn't.

I read all the threads regarding similar problems on other devices. For vivoactive 3 there was some GUPXXXX_FORCE.GCD file distributed that supposedly solved the issue. Anyone knows about something like that for vivoactive 4s?

@marta.aniolek I am sorry to hear the BETA update to software version 7.20 did not restore your Sensor, WHR, or BMX to their correct software version. To best assist please answer the following questions so we can follow up:

Can I send you a private message?
What is the Serial Number or Unit ID for your device?
What Country are you located in?

marta.aniolekdid you end up hearing anything more from Garmin? I'm having the same issues with 2 watches.
