My vivoactive 4 cant show temperature, barometer measurements after update to 6.90(show double dot only), and the batteri drain fast too. Anybody could help.

Hi, I had a problem with my vivoactive 4 after update the software to 6.90. The battery drain very fast, last only one day without using gps, and another thing, it can't show temperature and barometer data, in the widget it only have double dot as it seem can't read frim sensor.

This seems to be pretty common problem with this new update.. My battery also started to drain really fast after this update and my device stopped counting steps and monitoring heart rate. I have tried everything (resetting, turning off/on, updated to 7.01, connected to Garmin Express) and nothing has worked so far.

Hi, did you get any solution on this? I have to charge her everyday now. my most concern is the barometer and temperature, its not working anymore. How much this update could impact our VA4. Garmin should answer this, please.

I called my region's Garmin support and they told me to send my va4s to them and they will replace it with a new one. My device is over 2 years old so it's not under warranty anymore.

My va4s is not under warranty and stopped working after contact with water. The region Garmin support told me they'll not help me with this problem. So I see it depends on the local support...
