cant go back to 6.9 version

I put the beta version 7.01 and i cant go back to version 6.9. The file GUPDATE is missing from \Garmin folder. Has anyone encountered this issue ?

You have to copy it in the /Garmin folder on your watch.

Connect your watch to your computer.

Copy the "GUPDATE_690.GCD" file from the 7.1 beta archive to the /Garmin folder, rename it to "GUPDATE.GCD".

Unplug watch watch from your computer.

You will get an update prompt on the watch, tap the green tick to proceed.

Be aware that this downgrade will reset your watch to factory settings.
