Garmin vivoactive 4S is not charging

Since last days my garmin vivoactive 4S is not charging well anymore. Now it seems I always have to connect via laptop. 

This is not OK as the smart watch should be able to load via charges. 

Any advice?

    If the watch charges from the laptop, and not from a charger, then the problem is not with the watch, rather the charger is dead or malfunctioning. Try a different charger, and avoid cheap noname brands.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    As both of the charges I use are original and worked in the past there seems more than just a charger issue.

    Maybe good to know that when I do it via de laptop it is connecting and disconnecting constantly the first couple of minutes. After some retries it finally works.

    Also with my other laptop (which is newer an better) it seems also to have connection issues

    Sounds like you may need to clean the contacts, or get a new cable.
