wifi error code 010 vivoactive 4s cannot connect to wifi to set up music

Hello,

I also am getting the error code 010 when attempting to connect to wifi.

First of all I can't even check my wifi settings on the home computer as there is no wifi settings in Microsoft Windows 10 (I have researched that also and it is a long story but in some cases with complex causes and solutions). So no I do not know what speed or permissions are set for my wifi.

So I have read other threads where it says to check your wifi settings, I can't find wifi settings in Microsoft windows 10.

Why can't this watch connect to the wifi, like all my other devices EASILY.

Can anyone provide any advice on how to overcome this wifi error. I have restarted it. 

I like others paid so much more for this watch so I can listen to music and I feel I need a computer science degree to set up the watch. Insane.

Please let me know who I can contact or what to do re fixing the wifi
