I’ve had a Vivoactive 4 for around 2 years, it has worked flawlessly until yesterday. Heart rate monitor and steps counter not working, HR light on back of watch not flashing green at all. Have tried reset, hard reset, new software, new Bluetooth connection etc etc. Nothing works.
It’s seems a common problem but there doesn’t seem to be a common fix.
