Hi,
I have owned my Vivoactive 4 for about 2 years. I have not had a problem with the step counter until a few months ago. The counter will randomly add 70-80 THOUSAND steps with no provocation. It does not matter whether I am wearing the watch or not, and there is no rhyme or reason for when the steps are added. This is extremely irritating to me, and being that I moved out of the US, it is an even bigger pain for me to send the watch back or send it to be repaired. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any recommendations for what I should do?
