My 1.5 year old watch came apart between the base and the screen

Hi,

I was just wearing my watch that I got only 1.5 years ago and is in otherwise flawless shape, and the watch basically just fell apart.

As you can see in the pictures, the screen still works. But it lost it's hold on the other half of the watch.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping Garmin can help me?? Thanks!

Contact Garmin support, I'm sure they'll help you out.

I've also had mine for 1.5 years, no problem 'till now.

In the meantime, maybe post more pictures with its insides, for posterity. Thanks!

If all else fails, super glue it back together.
of course that may cause skin irration if you are sensitive.

Just buy B7000 Glue 50ml Multi Purpose to stick it back, it will be water proof, i also used it on my active 4s.

Sorry to go on a tangent but where did you get the strap? Looks a lot better than the silicon one that gives you a sweat rash
