New Update Issues Battery draining, no green light, no messages

Hello. My vivoactive 4 just updated and now I am having many issues. My battery is draining very fast (it went from 100% to 68% in an hour) there is no green light sensor so nothing is tracking (HR and such) andoni messages are coming in.

The backlight is very low and it is connected to my phone. I turned it off and on. Should I do a reset?

    I have exactly the same issue (battery draining fast and no green light) with my Vivoactive 4s. 

    Under SW versions I could see that the following components are without version number. 

    Sensorversion - 0.00

    WHR-Version - 0.00.00

    BMX - 0.0.0 (!)

    I suspect that an error occurred during the update to version 6.90 or the sensor update. 

    Resetting the clock did not solve the problem. Hope that we get a solution for this.

    Call customer service. I did and they really worked with me for days trying to get it to work. In the end, they're sending me a new watch. Mine is 2 years old! Great customer service.

    I had the same problem when I updated it to 6.80. I tried restarting, resetting, factory resetting, and so on, but I couldn't solve it. Finally, I solved it in the following way.

    1. I've completely drained the battery of the watch. Maybe if you turn on the GPS, you'll be out in a day. Discharge until there is no screen even if you press the start button.

    2. I charged my watch more than 50 percent.

    3. Connect to the pc and run Garmin express. When I synchronized, it said there was an update.   

    4. I disconnected it from the pc to proceed with the update.

    5. I saw a message for update it. After turning it off and on automatically, everything returned to normal.

    I think the sensor hub is not reset when VA4 start

    My battery life after the last update went down significantly as well. Also, during the last swimming pool visit, my watch shut downed itself repeatedly.
