Stairs level count error

After the lattest firmware upgrade the counting of the glimbed stairs has become very inacurate.
Now counts even when driving my car and when I really climbed counted just 11 from 25 levels.
I was very proud about level counting till yesterday when this upgrade was pushed.
Please provide a solution to downgrade to previous firmware or another method to fix my problem.

Well, you can have some of mine too, I got extra.

I've had my VA4 for about a year and I see the same thing./
I usually can get 5-6 floors just by driving across town. Some hills ..... pretty worthless to me.

My wife has a Vivosmart 4 and gets 19-20 floors working in a one story building. Ain't it great!

Same here, up 5 stairs where my down count was 13, where I actually returned to the same level I started at. Before the upgrade it missed a few up stairs sometimes, but this difference I'd never noticed before.
Quite frustrating if you have set is as a goal and does not register.
