Active calories during workout

Can anyone please explain how I can mimic the “activity” view of an Apple Watch on a Garmin? 

i want to glance down during a hiit workout for example and see my current HR and how many active calories I have burnt so far during the workout so I know if need to push harder to reach my goal? For example if I am only at 298 but want to burn 350.

also if anyone can suggest a watch face that is similar in display it would be greatly appreciated 


finding it all a bit confusing after using Apple for years!
