Blue triangle

Hi I have been getting rhe blue triangle in rhe last week. I csn sometimes reboot the watch by hold on the both button or charging it everytime I try and start an activity the blue triangle starts again.. it is getting very annoying and I cannot keep track of my heart rate.. I am preparing for a Marathon and have no watch to track.. please help!!

I had that issue once, when watch was turned off for a week, and when I turned it on it only showed blue triangle.

I repeated turning it on and off, and holding various combination of buttons when turning it on, until it managed to turn on normally, but it took about 20 times at least. It was really nerve wrecking and I am now afraid to leave the watch turned off fearing it might happen again.

I cannot tell you which combination of buttons worked, but something obviously did.

You can try hard resetting the watch:

To perform a hard reset, press and hold the power button on the watch until the screen goes blank. If your device is currently powered off and you cannot turn it on, simply hold down the power button for 60 seconds. Next, plug in your watch’s charging cable to a computer or UL certified wall plug and then attach the watch to the charging cable. This should prompt the watch to boot up normally.
