My Vivoactive 4S receives SMS messages but does not receive notifications of phone calls. I have been through everything I can find but this problem persists, It seems strange that I get SMS messages but not phone call notifications

    Author: I turned off my phone and when I turned it on there was a message from Garmin Golf to add permissions that I had previously given. Then it worked after I turned the phone off and on again.
