Wait for GPS

Watch forever waiting for GPS. The loading bar fails to make any progress. Tried a soft rest - is hard resent the only answer?

Go to settings - system - about, and scroll to the bottom. Check Current CPE Info. It should say "Current".

If your sky view is unobstructed, it could be that your watch's satellite data is old. Syncing with GCM or Garmin Express may help. See support.garmin.com/.../

What is GCM? I have connected to Connect too.
