My hydration widget is adding tens of thousands of ml on it's own. This happens automatically when I swipe to the widget. I then have to manually delete the added water. I have deleted the widget from my watch multiple times and keep having the same problem. If I keep the widget off my watch and use the iOS app to add water I have no problems.
