During my 1st year of usage, my Vivoactive 4s had issues getting charged - battery logo appears to indicate it is connected to cable but after awhile the battery percent falls rather than rise. Initially thought it was the cable causing this problem so I tried using a different cable but the problem persists. Went down to the service center and they replaced the watch for me under warranty.
Almost 1 year later, the same problem resurfaced. I have already tried various methods like switching cables and doing a reset of the watch but the watch is still unable to charge.
Have been using Garmin products for quite sometime now but only Vivoactive 4s has been giving me such issues, now I'm not sure if i should even continue with Garmin products anymore.
Anyone faced the same situation? If so, any suggestions?
