Wi-Fi no longer works after router firmware update

My Vivoactive 4 can no longer connect to my home Wi-Fi. The issue started after my router's firmware updated on Saturday, and I've tried to fix it ever since. It's a Speedport PLUS router and, as much as I'd like to blame this on my ISP, all of my other devices: 4 cell phones, a tablet, a vaccuum, a webcam, a TV, a laptop and my desktop connect just fine.

I tried to put the 5ghz wlan on a different SSID, disable the 5ghz WLAN entirely and left only 2.4 on, tried to factory reset the watch (software v6.80), remove and re-add the network, change channels, rebooted the router multiple times, changed encryption types to all possible choices (it's on WPA2/AES now).

The watch connects fine to my phone's hotspot, so it has to be some weird software interaction between the router and the watch. The router detects the connection attempt as successful, but the watch just returns a No Internet Connection error.

Any ideas? Thanks!
