Garmin Vivoactive 4 crashing all the time

My Vivoactive 4 watch has started crashing all the time. Every time i want to start an activity or sync with wifi it crashes. This completely renders the watch useless for me. Any help?

How Do I Install Garmin Express?

After syncing with Garmin Express, please check the sw version on your watch and let me know what sw version you're running.
