VO2 Max Stuck at 1st January

My VO2 Max screen has been stuck on 1st January since start of Feb. Screenshot attached taken just now. It woii you kid usually say ‘Today’ or last date it was updated. Anyone had this before and if so any ideas what it is ? Not sure if it started with recent Connect updates.

I have the same problem on my Venu 2S, both my VO2 max readings show 1 January.

What is it saying on the watch, then? Mine says 14.02 in both the watch and the phone app, and no date in the desktop webpage.

Currently says 12th Feb as I haven't done anything over 15 mins since then. The 4 week chart on connect app also shows up to 12th Feb but front screen is stuck on 1st Jan. The actual rating is still 43 all round so just an anomaly with date. Rating was 43 on 1st Jan too.

Mine shows 1 January on Garmin Connect for my VO2 Max as well as my Cycling VO2 Max. On my Garmin watch it shows Updated 1 February 2022 but I’ve done activities which has changed the number but the date is stuck. So the data changes but the date does not.

Sounds like a bug in the Connect app, then. Mine is okay, but I haven't updated it recently. I am running on Android.

Mine is "stuck" on 31 Dec 21 because I don't get much riding or walking done under GPS during the snow months.

For what it's worth, it will increase when I start outdoors again. But I think it's pretty much meanless the way it's calculated.

After a month or so without GPS running, it will start looking for other activities. Mine was updated after a non GPS "cardio" activity which was mostly indoor stretching.

That’s different to what we’re seeing. Yours isn’t updating because you aren’t doing anything for it to update. Ours are updating in the background after activity but the main screen (date at least) isn’t.

Not true, I have lots of recorded indoor activities meeting every requirement except GPS. What I was implying is that Garmin's documentation requires GPS to calculate the VO2 and I believe that's why mine is not updating, hence a bug.. And yes my main screen does NOT update either..YMMV.

Whatever the reason, I would not expect this to be adressed by Garmin on the VA4.
