Vivoactive 4 randomly turns off

Hello,

My vivoactive 4 keeps randomly shutting off. I have tried factory reset & removing all the apps & disconnecting from phone but the issue still happens very frequently to the point of making the watch unusable. The firmware has been updated to the latest version (6.50).

Does anyone know if there is a solution for this? I have tried googling but nothing worked so far

Mine shuts off after about 3 miles of running with Spotify on. It turns back on, but shuts off again. I'm working with support off line, but no solution yet.

Mine has stopped connecting to phone tried everything you did. Now when I charge it I just see a green triangle. It was so much money and have only had it just over 1 year. I am back to using my old vivoactive HR watch that I bought years ago.

Mine as well. So frustrating. I bought it for its dependability and lasting battery life. Now I can't rely on either. Constantly shuts off overnight and then again randomly all day.
