Training plan for bike available?

Hi ppl,

I‘m looking for a coached plan for bike that dies NOT start with 100mls… are there any? On the connect app the plans for beginner start with 100mls, which is a bit, er, overambitious.

Are there any plans available somewhere? There are just three for runners and six for bikers on the connect app…

  • I would be interested in that also. But I really don't see them adding that to the VA4 at this late date.

  • I've been thinking about this and have decided to try to create my own training plan to fit my needs. Maybe by starting off with 25-30 miles and working upward.


    Need to research on how to do this unless someone else has done this and would be willing to provide hints on how to do it.
