The battery has suddenly started to drain from 100% to 0% within 18 hours, not used for any activity other than walking, only have stock watch faces. Have reset set it a couple of times and still no joy.... any help would be appreciated

I’m giving up on ever using the backlight again on my V4. The battery still drains to 0 within a day when the backlight setting is on, even if it’s set to 0%.
I feel like I’ve gone back and forth with Garmin on this for what must be coming up to a year. Garmin-Kevin Garmin-AmberD
Hello 9023657 and James2. I see that each of you currently have at least 1 CIQ watch face installed on the watch. Please use one of the links below to uninstall ALL CIQ content and re-test.
