Fixed minor Connect IQ bugs
Updated Connect IQ to version 3.3
Fixed an issue where golf layups weren't displayed correctly
Fixed Connect IQ data fields reverting to timer fields on copied activities
Fixed an issue with stress alerts
Fixed incorrect lengths being displayed in swim activities
Fixed Connect IQ apps not being able to read pulse ox sensor values
Improved battery life with auto activity start enabled
Improved minimum battery level checks for Wi-Fi syncs

How about the disconnection problems? Our 4S continually disconnects and has to be manually reconnected about 20 times a day... it has done this since new!

I didn't spot more re-connections with the new firmware. It's not always connected but I guess this could be intended behavior and they are just conserving battery life like this.

Except that we have to manually reconnect it every time using the code to recognize the device... that cannot be by design.

oh if that's what you mean I never had this issue with Vivoactive or Fenix, maybe only once with Vivosmart ages ago when was using the old phone. So maybe the problem lies in your phone, just an idea...
