Total Calories Burned My Day Card/Tracking?

I am looking for:

- A widget that shows Total Calories Burned for the day

and also:

- Total Calories Burned for selected day

- Average Daily Total Calories Burned for the selected day/week/month/year

- Average Active Calories for selected time period

- Average RMR for selected time period

I am trying to track my calorie data for a couple of weeks to get a baseline. I want to compare what I consume with what I am (supposedly) burning each day (ie this day/week I ate ___ calories and burned ____calories).

I have set up My Fitness Pal and am tracking consumed calories there, and I have them sync with Garmin, which has worked ok (it syncs, but only after I force it, but that is another issue).

What I cannot seem to get are my ACTUAL calories burned for each day. Not just Active calories, but resting, as well. I also don't just want to see my goal calories from MFP (1200 static).

So in the Garmin app, the Calories Widget for the home screen says Calories in/out, but it actually shows Calories Consumed (in) and the MFP calorie GOAL (ie not Calories out).

If go to the Health tab and select Calories, it shows a graph of my calorie estimate for the days of the week, with green for active and blue for resting. But I have to click on each individual day to see the actual numbers, Active, Resting, and Total.

I can't find anything that shows total calories burned for each day, average for the day, totals for weeks/months/year, or averages for weeks/months/year.

I really just want to see what I am burning compared to what I am consuming (as that is the only way we can know (guess) that we are eating over or under and creating a deficit or not, right?)  Is this possible? Thanks!
