Every time I select 'set-up a wifi network' in Garmin Connect and select 'add network' my Vivoactive 4 switches off. So I can't add Spotify. I have already completed a data reset and it didn't resolve the issue.

To everyone on this forum suffering from the VA4 Wi-Fi/Pulse Ox etc issues.
I own a VA4 (and a VA3 and in fact a very old VA1). Wifi doesn't work and Pulse Ox shuts down the watch.
Over the last month…
All,
If you are experiencing this issue, please respond with the following:
The watch is only 14 months old. Very disappointed if that is the case. All of my other Garmin products have been great.
Strange too how so many other people are getting this issue since software updates…

My own testing has shown it always turns off when measuring blood OX, and when using wi-fi.
It sometimes turns off when using Garmin Pay.
Sometimes when it turns off, it can only turn on if the charger is connected, otherwise it will turn off after showing the blue triangle but before showing the animation.
All this happens even when the watch is charged to 100 %.

Like others, when mine randomly turns off (I always have it between ~72%-100%), it either has nothing on the screen or shows the blue triangle but stays stuck on the blue triangle. Sometimes it can only turn on if the charger is connected, sometimes it doesn't even turn on again for a few minutes until I do a charge/reset combo of some kind.
