Training effect on Garmin connect not recording any data - app on an IPhone XR

When access my connect app on my iPhone I have no data recorded on the training effect in Performance stats. Watch is connected to app and records my activities. What do I need to do for the training effect to work ?

Hello 4539925. Unfortunately, Training Effect is not supported on the vivoactive 4s.

Thank you. I’ll have to upgrade my watch soon. Do you know of any other watches that don’t support Training Effect?

Training Effect is supported by fenix and Forerunner models and is usually not included in vivo and Venu models. To be certain, you can look in the electronic pdf version of the owner's manual (which can be found at support.garmin.com) for the watch in question. Once you have that pdf pulled up, you can CTRL+F and search "Training Effect".
