Garming VivoActive 4 not starting or charging

Hey,
My Vivoactive 4 won't turn on or charge.
I have already tried several solutions from the forum but nothing works.

It stays stuck on the charging icon with the lightning bolt. Or on the blue triangle.
The only thing I have noticed is that when I connect it to my computer and hold the bottom button, my computer detects it without recognizing it, and the garmin express software does not recognize it either.

Anyone have any idea what I can do?

If this is unsuccessful, I encourage you to reach out directly to your local Garmin Product Support team. To do this, type "support.garmin.com" in your address bar and use the Garmin Support Center to research your issue. Once you get far enough in the search, you will see (at the bottom of the page) some contact options, which may include Call, Chat, and Email.
