Vivoactive 4 powers off during an activity, now its showing a "test screen"

HI, my Vivoactive keeps shutting down during the day or during an activity, I have done a reset and it still keeps shutting down during an activity or even when you try and connect it to a wifi network.

Help!

Hi can someone from Garmin please assist with the same problem on my Garmin vivoactive 4 watch??? I use my watch permanently and this is very frustrating. Currently running sw7.8.
