A number of issues with the Vivoactive 4s

My Vivoactive 4s is about 19 months old and i'm running into some re-occuring issues including:

- Frequently the watch asks to update software, but it is running the latest (6.5).  

- It requires re-pairing with the phone any time the watch is outside bluetooth range (asking for a code rather than just remembering the watch).

- The GPS seems to have stopped working altogether, even teaving the watch outside for 5 minutes wont enable satellites to be located.  I've compared this to an old Garmin 620 watch that can find the satellites in no time.

Anyone experienced similar issues and have any thoughts ?
