Vivoactive 4s dropped charge from 65% to 4% in seconds and now won't charge

I have a vivoactive 4s that was working perfectly but suddenly dropped a charge from 65% to 4% and no won't charge. It had the blue triangle but have recovered that but now showing just 1%. I have connected it to garmin express but it hasn't made any difference. Any help would be appreciated.

My Vivoactive has suddenly started losing its charge completely in a matter hours. This started yesterday once I did a software download and updated to the latest version. Prior to that my watch was lasting about three days on a charge. The watch does charge and will drain down slowly as per normal, but then it suddenly looses all its charge. Is this an iss use with the latest OS update?

Is it possible to take the watch back to the previous update?

Hi Scott, not sure how to revert back to a previous version but will have to look into it. Today of course my watch held its charge but not trusting that the problem is resolved.
