I have only had the Garmin for a few days while I had a fit bit for 6 months and I am now wearing both one on each arm.
I have only done a few sessions of weights and HIT treadmill running and on both days there is around a 750 calorie a day difference !?
Fit bit had me around 3800 calories
Garmin had me around 3050 calories
my concern is when I up my training the calories difference will grow even larger to the point that I might as well be guessing.
Most other metrics are similar like RHR and Vo2max as well as peak heart rate kinda matching so I am confused.
The one difference is Garmin seems to have me at a lower gentle movement or general movement HR compared to Fit bit sometimes 20 beats different!?
