I have a blue triangle surrounded by various exercise icons on vivoactive 4. I can not get to a watch face. The watch is one month old. I’ve connected to Garmin express and it connects fine and knows all the apps and watch faces on the vivoactive 4. I have gotten a watch face to come on 2 times by plugging the watch in and hitting to upper right button but when it comes on the screen is frozen and dead. I don’t know what else to try. I left Fitbit because their hardware was always wonky (dead watches) but here I sit with a similar problem with Garmin. I am so frustrated. Any help or ideas is welcome. At least I have an Apple Watch Series 5 to use until this vivoactive 4 is fixed. Honestly the Apple Watch has worked flawlessly for 2 years. I now see why Apple Watches are the number one smartwatch.
UPDATE: Contacted Garmin and they are issuing a replacement.Thanks Garmin! Great Customer support.
