Vivoactive 4 - No connection via BT or ANT+

Hello there,

Following a recent firmware update, I appear to have lost the ability to pair with my phone or any of my sensors. Also, the battery drains within an hour or so from full, and part of the touchscreen no longer appears to work.

I have factory reset, gone back to version 6.4 from 6.5 to no avail alas.

Under the System, the SW Version for ANT/BLE/BT is showing as 0.00 which clearly isn't what it's supposed to be.

Any easy fix?

Hello LeeMulligan. I am sorry to hear of the difficulty that you're having with your watch. The 0.00 showing for ANT/BLE/BT indicates that the sensor is no longer running any software. Please sync your watch with Garmin Express to attempt to re-install the ANT/BLE/BT software.

How Do I Install Garmin Express?

After the sync, please check the ANT/BLE/BT software version again. If it still shows 0.00, I encourage you to reach out to your local Garmin Product Support Team.
