Issues with volume controlling volume with Bluetooth headphones and Garmin 4s

Hi ! Recently bought a 4S watch, and I'm having troubleds with

1) Connecting my Trekz bluetooth headphones (the watch doesn't "find them")

2) The headphone that do connect are then stuck on the max volume level, and the controls won't allow to turn the volume down.

Anyone found fixes for these issues ?

I just setup my Forerunner 245 Music and had the same issue. It turned out I have to stop the music then adjust the volume.

Hi,

I have the same issue on 'tye vivoactive4s with my Mi earbuds (bluetooth 5.0). Impossible to lower the volume :-(

Any fix ?

Hi, I've just set up new vivoactive 4s and can't adjust the volume.

No I did not :-/

Followed all the advices but my buds are still on max sound when they connect to the watch and no way to lower the volume.

I am waiting for an answer from the support (I E-mailed them)

Its so frustrating. I disconnected my buds to reconnect and now they won't pair with the watch..argh...

Did you have any fix for this problem?

Ive the same problem with my new 4s and i want to know if I have to use the warranty period to get it back to Garmin with full refund or its a problem with a solution from the support team?
