vivoactive how to add hebrew menu

Hi,

I've got 2 sports VivoActive 4 watchs:

1 bought locally

1 bought from Amazom

the local watch has hebrew menus, while the watch from Amazon us, is not.

Please help me how to have them both,

I've tryied to update it, control via pc app, on forums.. but didn't found how.
