Vivoactive 4 Update - Version 6.50 - My watch says "No updates available"

Hello,

I posted in another, now locked, thread that the data for stress doesn't work on my Vivoactive 4. The last Garmin-Kevin message says this is fixed with update 6.50. see below.

All- This issue has been resolved with the release of software 6.50.  If you are still experiencing this issue after updating to this software version, please start a new thread.

I did try several times to do the update from 6.40 to 6.50 which is supposed to fix this 'stress data' problem but the message I get says "No updates available" .

Please advise, thanks.

PS Note that Firmware version 6.50 does not mention this 'stress data' issue as one of the changes. See below.

Firmware version 6.50 for the Vivoactive 4 series is now available.  This update can be downloaded through Garmin Express or Garmin Connect Mobile

This is now Live (50%) as of 9:10am CST (11/10/21).

Changes made from 6.40 to 6.50

  • Improved bluetooth connectivity
  • Fixed a bug where an emergency contact's name wouldn't update
  • Fixed a scenario where a Connect IQ watch face would fail to start
  • Fixed an issue where brightness could not be lowered below 10%
  • Fixed an issue with lower than expected average cadence
  • Fixed an issue where music could start over after reconnecting headphones
  • Fixed an issue where clearing settings and data could remove support for some languages

    The firmware is only rolled out to 50 percent of us yet. It will be available over the next few days.

    As ovekvam said, rollout at 50%, every 2nd customer gets it so far.

    The last time when I wanted to get the new firmware I used Garmin Express to get it ahead of time, you may want to try it too.

    It's not, but at least I can see stress data during breathwork using optical heart rate sensor, I hadn't tried doing the same with a chest strap, I'll give it a try when have a chance.

    Just got the 6.50 update on my Vivoactive 4.  The data for stress is now showing on my watch face again.
