My Vivoactive 4S has not accepted a charge the past 3 days. I put it on the charger and the little battery icon shows up but it doesn't actually ever charge. I've tried holding down the top button for 12 seconds until it clears and then trying again and that doesn't work either. I only bought it new a year ago. Do you have any suggestions please.
