The data for stress doesn't work after the 6.40 update

The data for stress doesn't work after the 6.40 update. It either display negative numbers (ex -2) or not at all (ex --). The widget is correct but it doesn't display correct on the data for the dial.

(I think it's stop working after 6.40 update, but not 100% sure, can also be after some other update)

Same for me. It's not correct at all, either a negative number, -----, or a positive number thats way too low. Please do something about this. I bought this watch specifically for its Firstbeat features. I've tried everything (the steps you mentioned & also deleting all data).

I have the same problem; negative stress values or no values at all since the upgrade to 6.40 for my Vivoactive 4

Ich habe auch dasselbe Problem, wie kann es beseitigt werden? Wird es ein weiteres Update geben um zu bereinigen?

I have the same problem.

Come on now, this is ridiculous You boke your watch existing two years old features with an update half a month ago and still have not issued a firmware fix. Do you have one guy working on your software? You make SMARTWATCHES, stop it with the amateurish software development. Test you firmware before launching it and if a bug stays in then fix it quickly

For me, it looks the issue was resolved with today's upgrade to firmware version 6.50

This issue has been resolved with the release of software 6.50. If you are still experiencing this issue after updating to this software version, please start a new thread.
