I do a boot camp class every day. The workout varies every day but my calorie count was generally around 420-430 for the day, sometimes a little higher sometimes a little lower. There was a software update last week. Ever since i downloaded the update the calorie counts have been much lower like around 330.
Which one is accurate? The workouts vary but my level of exertion does not, at least according to my HR.
I know none of these is absolutely accurate but it would be nice to get a better approximation.
