I didn't properly calibrate the distance on my first run. Now everything is very off and I can't figure out how to fix it. Is there a way to re-calibrate without having to factory reset my watch?
Hello 4538873. As long as you meet the requirements in the FAQ below, you will have an opportunity to calibrate each individual treadmill run that you perform on your watch.

Yes please do! The account I have on here may be different than the one I am currently using. One of the trouble shooting steps the last person had me take was setting up a new Garmin account with a different email so I used my work email. The current account is linked to a email that does not end in "@gmail.com"

Did you check that GPS is disabled for your treadmill activity? And how does the cadence graph look for your treadmill activity? Does the watch register the correct amount of steps? Mine is typically 120-130 when walking, and 170-180 when running.
