Wifi connection vivoactive 4

Hello,

I have a problem with the wi-fi  connection on my vivoactiv 4 and,despote

the help povided by Garmin technical support;

each time I try connect via wi-fi, it indicates to me;no internet connection. 

However,the name of my wi-fi terminal is registered on my watch.I have version 6.30 of the software.
