Vivoactive 4 backlight won’t turn on

Just purchased a factory refurbished Vivoactive 4. Nothing I can do will get the backlight to light. I’ve made sure it’s on and tried adjusting brightness. I even tried a software update.

Hello 7233495. You can try restoring the watch to it's factory default settings. Make sure that you sync the watch prior to doing this, as this process will delete all data on the watch.
