HR chest strap

Hallo,

I recently connectedSunnto HR strap to my Gramin venue sq.

whan started the activity it said that the strap is connected.

During the activity I noticed that the green light HR sensors on the watch are on.

does it mean that the strap didnt work? how can I know? how can I solve it?

I'd say that likely your strap wasn't connected if you saw green lights... as for saying for sure where the pulse is coming from you can either remove your watch from the wrist to see if pulse is still displayed or long press bottom button, get to the settings and to Sensors menu and see if your strap is still connected or not.

Maybe your watch were losing connection to the strap, just speculating
