Garmin coach

When i sync the Garmin coach i see the activities but i can't start any activity except the Run-Walk-Run by coach Jeff. Owner of Vivoactive 4!

to start any activity you should first sign-up for some course either in Garmin Connect Mobile or web based Garmin Connect, once you select your coach and the course, and sync it to your watch you'll be able to see it there. I believe that you can have only one course at the time, at least if we talk about running course. So probably you've selected Jeff's course on your GCM and that's the reason why you see it.

If you want to change a coach or the course you can do it through the app too.

Thank you for helping!I selected the coach and the running program..i sync it from the app to my device the first three exercises but when i chose to start it didn't appear the steps

Do you have some training sessions scheduled for today? If not and you want to start some from future, I usually selected it from the calendar widget.

Also, have you tried to start it from the activity? Usually, when you have some session for today you just need to start run app and it will let you know that today you have scheduled training and would you like to do it now.
