Garmin vivoactive 4 with adidas micoach x cell HR strap

Hi there

I tried to use my Garmin vivoactive 4 with adidas micoach x cell HR strap but it doesn't show my HR on the watch(its like "---") even though it pairs(bluetooth) and status is connected. If I connect hr strap to phone it shows me HR in polar beat app so I dont think its problem with strap. Do somebody know if there is any incompatibility btw this devices? Thanks!

The same issues with my Fenix 6X

It will only connect and stay connected if you are in an activity, With a watch face, it will use the WHR.

Yes, HRM is connected but doesn’t show data during activity
