Vivoactive 4/4S increased battery drain and slow charge since update 6.3

My Vivoactive 4s is battery is draining quicker than usual since update 6.3.

That's bad enough, but it's also extremely reluctant to charge. At best it charges slowly, at worst it continues to discharged when plugged in. This is the case when plug into a charger or a PC.

Would really like to know if anyone else experiences this, how to fix. Ideally, I'd like to downgrade from this update or get a new update that fixes this problem,

I will have to go back to my Vivoactive 1 if this isn't fixed soon.

Update: watch will no longer turn on. Shows empty battery and charging symbol on screen but it isn't charging

I'm sorry but I've a feeling that maybe something is wrong with your battery or charging circuit, at least that's my best guess, I'd try to give a call or chat with Garmin support about this. I can't imagine what else can lead to battery depletion during the charge.

Thanks, just been on to support and they offered to replace the watch
